Terms and conditions
Last updated: 6 October 2026
These terms apply whenever you use VPage, so please read them carefully. By creating an account or using VPage, you agree to them.
Who we are
VPage is run by MKD Limited ("we" and "us"). To get in touch, use our contact page.
What VPage is
VPage is software that helps people who teach weekly classes to run their timetable and bill families. In these terms, a "school" is the business or person that teaches the classes, whether that is a martial arts club, a yoga studio, a dance school or a private trainer working alone. A parent or student uses VPage to join those classes and pay for them. We provide the software, and the school provides the classes.
Accounts
- Give correct details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password, passkeys and two-factor codes safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- Tell us quickly if you think someone else has used your account.
- Parents and guardians must be 18 or over. Children use VPage through a parent account, or with a login that their parent gives them.
Schools
If you register a school, you agree that:
- you have the right to run the school and to add the classes, prices and instructors you enter;
- the information you enter about classes and instructors is accurate;
- you are responsible for the classes you teach, including the safety of students and any insurance, licences and checks the law requires; and
- you will use information about students and families only to run your school.
Parents and students
When you join a class, your agreement to attend and take part is with the school, because VPage does not run the classes. Tell the school about anything it needs to know before you or your child take part, such as health needs.
Payments
- Each school sets its own class prices. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
- Each family has one monthly subscription, billed on the 1st of the month, which adds up the classes for all the children in the family.
- If you add a class part way through the month, your bill goes up and you pay the difference for the days left in the month straight away.
- If you drop a class, the seat is freed straight away and your next bill is lower. We do not refund the current month.
- If a school changes a class price, the new price applies from the next billing run.
- Payments are processed by Stripe, and you enter your card details on a Stripe page. We keep only the card brand, the last four digits and the references we need to manage your subscription.
- If a payment fails, your account shows as past due. If Stripe cancels a subscription after failed payments, billing stays stopped until you choose to resume it.
Acceptable use
Do not use VPage to break the law, to get into someone else's account, to send spam, to upload harmful code, or to overload or damage the service. Do not copy, resell or take apart the software.
Our service
We work to keep VPage available, but we cannot promise it will always work without breaks. We may update, change or pause parts of it, for example for maintenance. We will try to give notice of big changes.
Your information
Our privacy policy explains how we use personal information. Information you add to VPage, such as class names and student profiles, stays yours or your school's. You give us permission to store it and show it so that we can run VPage.
Our rights in VPage
VPage, its design and its software belong to us or our licensors. You may use it as these terms allow.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your legal rights are not affected.
Otherwise, we are not responsible for loss that we could not reasonably have predicted, or for business losses such as lost profit. Injuries or losses that happen during a class are the responsibility of the school that teaches it. Our total responsibility to you for any claim about VPage is limited to the fees you paid us for VPage in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your use of VPage
You can stop using VPage at any time. To close your account, send us a message through the contact page. We may suspend or close an account if you break these terms or use VPage in a way that could harm others. When an account closes, we keep any records that the law requires.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you before it starts, for example by email or with a notice in the app. If you keep using VPage after a change, you accept the new terms.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales can decide any dispute, unless the law gives you the right to use the courts where you live.
