VPage brings your timetable, students, families and monthly billing into one simple app, whether you run a martial arts club, a yoga studio or small groups of your own.

For schools, studios and instructors

  • Class timetable

    Add each class with a day, time, length, price and capacity. Classes with the same name are grouped together, so families can find every session easily.

  • Instructor profiles

    Give each class an instructor with a name and a short bio, so families know who is teaching.

  • Student profiles

    Keep each student's name, date of birth, level and notes in one place. Levels are recorded as belt colours, from white to black.

  • Class rosters

    See a list of every student enrolled in each class.

  • Owner dashboard

    See active students, total enrolments and your monthly billing. It also shows how many subscriptions have a failed payment, so you know when to check in with a family.

  • Enrol anyone

    Enrol a student yourself, with or without a card on file. Billing starts when their parent adds a card.

For parents and students

  • Family accounts

    One parent account holds every child, and each child has their own profile and class list.

  • Weekly calendar

    See the week from Monday, with the classes you have joined highlighted. Each class shows the instructor and the seats left.

  • Class limits

    Each class has a maximum size, and when someone cancels the seat opens up straight away.

  • One monthly bill

    Pay one bill in pounds on the 1st. If you add a class part way through the month, you pay the difference for the days left, and if you drop a class your next bill goes down.

  • Secure card payments

    You enter your card on a secure Stripe page, and VPage keeps only the card brand and the last four digits.

  • Student logins

    A parent can give a child their own login, so they can see their own classes and week.

    Sign in with a passkey instead of a password.

  • Two-factor sign in

    Add a second step when you sign in to keep your account safe.

  • Verified email and password reset

    Confirm your email address, and reset your password if you forget it.
