VPage is a web app for anyone who runs weekly classes, such as martial arts clubs, yoga and dance studios, and private trainers. Owners manage their classes, instructors and students, while parents add their children, choose classes and pay one monthly bill.

In VPage, your business is called a school. That can be a martial arts club, a yoga studio, a dance class, or you on your own as a private trainer. VPage is for the people who run those classes, and for the parents and students who attend them.

Choose Register your school, create the owner account and add your first class. Parents can then find your school in the list when they sign up.

Yes. You can pick light, dark or match your device, and your choice is remembered on this site and in the app.

Yes. A parent account holds as many children as you need, and each child has their own profile and class list.

Each family has one monthly subscription, billed in pounds on the 1st, which adds up the classes for all their children. Card payments are handled by Stripe.

Your monthly bill goes up, and you pay the difference for the days left in the month straight away.

The class leaves the schedule straight away and the seat is freed for someone else. Your next bill is lower, but the current month is not refunded.

A card is needed to join a paid class, but school owners can enrol a student without one.

Students cannot join a full class, but when someone cancels the seat is free again straight away.

Yes. The calendar shows the week from Monday, with the classes you have joined highlighted, and each class shows the instructor and the seats left.

VPage is built around a weekly timetable of classes, each with a set number of seats. If you run regular sessions at fixed times, you can add each one as a class, even with a single seat. VPage does not book one-to-one appointments, run online sessions or sell class passes.

Yes. A parent can give a child their own login with an email and a password.

You can sign in with a passkey and turn on two-factor sign in from your account settings.

No. You enter your card details on a secure Stripe page, and VPage keeps only the card brand and the last four digits.
