About VPage

VPage is class management software for schools, studios and instructors who teach weekly classes.

What VPage does

Many small schools, studios and instructors run their classes on spreadsheets, message groups and paper forms. VPage puts the timetable, the students, the families and the monthly billing in one app instead.

In VPage, your business is called a school. That can be a martial arts club, a yoga studio, a dance class, or you on your own as a private trainer. The school owner sets up classes and instructors, parents add their children and choose classes, and students see their week on a calendar. Each family then gets one monthly bill for everything.

Who it is for

  • School owners and instructors who teach regular classes or small groups and want to spend less time on admin.
  • Parents who manage classes for more than one child.
  • Students who want to see their classes and join when there is space.

How it works

  1. A school registers and adds its classes and instructors.
  2. Parents sign up, choose the school and add their children.
  3. Families join classes, and each class has a limit so that seats are shared fairly.
  4. Each family pays one monthly bill in pounds, and the payments are handled by Stripe.

What VPage does not do yet

VPage is new, and some things are not built yet, including attendance registers, waiting lists, email reminders and logins for instructors. It is built around a weekly timetable of classes, so it does not book one-to-one appointments, run online sessions or sell class passes. We plan to add more over time.
